Professional+ models bring a contemporary look to any kitchen with a gas hob that features cast iron pan supports, matt finish burner caps, and a griddle.

Both ovens are gas with the ‘S’ slow cook option that stays at 100°C in the centre for low-temperature cooking and to keep food warm, while the top 31 litre oven is A-rated for energy efficiency and the bottom 71 litre oven is A+ rated.

Hob

The gas hob features four burners in a variety of sizes to suit all culinary styles and saucepan sizes.

Single-handed ignition comes as standard and the Rapid burner, Small burner and two Medium burners offer a versatile and flexible culinary experience for home cooks and professional chefs alike.

The new matt black cast iron pan supports and matching burner caps offer a modern aesthetic to the hob top with a premium look and feel. They are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

A cast aluminium griddle is also included, which is lightweight and easy to put into position. The griddle is perfect for griddling everything from steaks and salmon to vegetable kebabs; it also heats up quickly for tasty, speedy results.
