Installation & Technical Advice
F-Gas Installation Required To ensure safe and optimal performance, this unit must be installed by a fully qualified F-Gas AC engineer. These units contain a regulated gas which must be handled by certified personnel in accordance with F-Gas regulations. Please ensure your fitter reads the user manual in full prior to installation.
Energy Saving & Variable Cooling In order to reduce the Global Warming Potential and provide extra energy savings, our outdoor units have a footprint rating lower than the sum of the indoor units’ BTU. Please note this will not affect the cooling or heating in individual rooms, as these units are variable cooling inverters. They intelligently balance the cooling or heating power among the indoor units to achieve the target temperature in the shortest time. Please make sure you size the units as per our room guidance or call for tech support.
The LG DUALCOOL AI AIR Deluxe Pro 12,000 BTU is a high-efficiency, AI smart learning wall-mounted split system designed to provide year-round climate control. It is particularly popular for its balance of energy efficiency, quiet operation, and smart integration.
